Vous pouvez aussi r\u00e2per un peu de fromage par-dessus et y ajouter du piment.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ETAPES DE PR\u00c9PARATION (POUR 2 PERSONNES)<\/span><\/h1>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes. Battez les blancs d&rsquo;oeuf avec le lait et un peu de poivre. Nettoyez et s\u00e9chez les \u00e9pinards. Lavez et coupez les tomates en deux ou en quatre. Pelez et \u00e9crasez l&rsquo;ail.<\/li>\n<li>Faites fondre 30 g de Becel Cuire et R\u00f4tir dans un wok, ajoutez-y les \u00e9pinards, les tomates et l&rsquo;ail et faites revenir pendant 2-3 minutes. D\u00e9posez les \u00e9pinards dans une passoire.<\/li>\n<li>Chauffez 15 g de Becel dans 1 grande po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive. Versez le m\u00e9lange de blanc d&rsquo;oeufs et remuez pendant la cuisson pour que cela ne colle pas \u00e0 la po\u00eale. Ajoutez les \u00e9pinards, l&rsquo;ail et les tomates. Une fois que la consistance est ferme, versez les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs. R\u00e9duisez le feu et remuez avec le dos d&rsquo;une fourchette (pour que les dents ne touchent pas la po\u00eale) pendant 2 minutes environ, un peu moins si vous l&rsquo;aimez baveuse. Salez avec parcimonie.
