Un mariage d\u00e9licat o\u00f9 la douceur du fromage grec rend les poireaux encore plus fondants. A servir avec un mesclun et une petite vinaigrette \u00e0 la moutarde \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne, par exemple.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list list-ingredients\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">4 poireaux<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">40<\/span> g de feta<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">100<\/span>\u00a0g de fromage frais maigre<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">115<\/span> g de farine de bl\u00e9 complet + un peu plus pour abaisser la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">1<\/span> c. \u00e0 s. d\u2019\u00e9pices italiennes<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">4<\/span> c. \u00e0 c. de Becel Original (liquide)<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">2<\/span> \u0153ufs de ferme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Pour varier les plaisirs ?\u00a0<\/b>Remplacez les poireaux par des blettes cuites \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u00c9TAPES DE PR\u00c9PARATION (POUR 2 PERSONNES)<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>M\u00e9langez le fromage frais, le Becel et 1 c. \u00e0 s. d\u2019eau. Ajoutez la farine et les \u00e9pices et p\u00e9trissez \u00e0 la main jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse. Abaissez la p\u00e2te et foncez le moule pr\u00e9alablement chemis\u00e9 avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9.\u00a0Faites cuire les poireaux dans un fond d\u2019eau pendant 8 minutes. Battez les \u0153ufs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9gouttez les poireaux et incorporez les \u0153ufs battus. Poivrez. Versez le m\u00e9lange sur le fond de tarte et \u00e9miettez le fromage par-dessus.
