Sans autre explication et dans un total d\u00e9sappointement de la profession, c\u2019est aux premi\u00e8res heures de ce lundi 1<sup>er<\/sup> f\u00e9vrier que l\u2019on apprenait le suicide de ce chef hautement r\u00e9compens\u00e9. Trois \u00e9toiles rayonnaient sur son restaurant et rien n\u2019avait laiss\u00e9 pressentir le retrait de l\u2019un de ses macarons. Un drame qui en rappelle un autre, celui du suicide de Bernard Loiseau qui, en 2003, mettait fin \u00e0 ses jours apr\u00e8s avoir entendu qu\u2019il risquait de perdre une \u00e9toile pour son restaurant Le Relais Bernard Loiseau, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque triplement \u00e9toil\u00e9 au fameux Michelin. Trois \u00e9toiles qui, ironie du sort, avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u2026 aujourd\u2019hui\u00a0! Curieuse situation, Le Relais Bernard Loiseau passe, en effet cette ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 deux \u00e9toiles et non plus 3. Sa veuve, Dominique Loiseau, n\u2019aura pu que d\u00e9plorer cette situation par communiqu\u00e9 interpos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reprenant le fil logique de la conf\u00e9rence de presse, ce sont les diff\u00e9rents chiffres repr\u00e9sentant la nouvelle \u00e9dition du Michelin qui furent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Ceux-ci, en 2016, sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9s comme suit\u00a0: Michelin France 2016 c\u2019est donc\u00a0: <strong>4.347 restaurants<\/strong> r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s\u00a0; <strong>600 \u00e9toil\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0; deux nouveaux trois \u00e9toiles (Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e-Alain Ducasse\/Chef\u00a0: Romain Meder &amp; le V \u2013 chef\u00a0: Christian Le Squer) et sur un total de <strong>26 enseignes triplement \u00e9toil\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0; <strong>deux \u00e9toiles vont \u00e0 82 restaurants<\/strong> (dont dix nouveaux et dont <strong><em>Le Grand Restaurant<\/em><\/strong> de Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Pi\u00e8ge\u00a0; <strong>La Grande Maison<\/strong> de Jo\u00ebl Robuchon ainsi que le restaurant <strong><em>Sylvestre<\/em><\/strong> ouvert par Sylvestre Wahid (ex Oustaud de Beaumani\u00e8re mais aussi coach de Maxime Colin \u00e0 la bruxelloise Villa Lorraine)\u00a0; <strong>492 restaurants affichent une \u00e9toile<\/strong> pour 111 nouveaux venus dans cette cat\u00e9gorie de restaurants dot\u00e9s d\u2019une \u00e9toile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-12284 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Life-magazine-Michelin.jpg\" alt=\"Life-magazine-Michelin\" width=\"457\" height=\"305\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Life-magazine-Michelin.jpg 839w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Life-magazine-Michelin-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Life-magazine-Michelin-315x210.jpg 315w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Life-magazine-Michelin-450x300.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Life-magazine-Michelin-800x534.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 457px) 100vw, 457px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, en grands coups de c\u0153ur partag\u00e9s avec nous, deux de nos enseignes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es en France d\u00e9crochent une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9toile :\u00a0<strong>La R\u00e9serve Paris<\/strong> dont la cuisine est orchestr\u00e9e par le chef <strong>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Banctel<\/strong> et le <strong>Restaurant 1920<\/strong> du <strong>Chalet du Mont d\u2019Arbois<\/strong> \u00e0 Meg\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Difficile de donner davantage de d\u00e9tails ici\u00a0; tout aussi complexe d\u2019analyser chaque perte inattendue ou gain d\u2019\u00e9toile (peu) surprenant. Le mieux d\u00e8s lors, est de conseiller la visite du <a href=\"http:\/\/restaurant.michelin.fr\" target=\"_blank\">website de Michelin<\/a>.\u00a0Une bonne initiative pour tous les gourmets qui se rendront en France tout au long de cette ann\u00e9e 2016.
