A la fois l\u00e9g\u00e8re et gourmande, elle se pare de fruits pour d\u00e9complexer le dessert et vous apporter plus de bien-\u00eatre dans votre assiette.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ingredient-value\">Pour la mousse : <\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\/2 feuille de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">1<\/span> petite banane<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">2<\/span> c. \u00e0 c. de cacao<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">2<\/span> c. \u00e0 s. de lait demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Quelques framboises pour la garniture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le brownie :<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"border-list fs17 txtgrey6 mb30\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>140 g de chocolat noir<\/li>\n<li>30 g de Becel Original Liquide<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre roux de canne<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farine de bl\u00e9 compl\u00e8te<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">PR\u00c9PARATION (pour 2 personnes)<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la mousse :<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Trempez la g\u00e9latine dans de l\u2019eau froide 5 \u00e0 10 minutes. Epluchez la banane et coupez-la en rondelles. M\u00e9langez la banane, le cacao et la gousse de vanille gratt\u00e9e dans un bol et r\u00e9duisez le tout en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mixeur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. A feu doux, chauffez le lait dans une petite casserole et d\u00e9posez-y la g\u00e9latine \u00e9goutt\u00e9e. Laissez ti\u00e9dir et versez le lait sur le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base de bananes. Mixez encore une nouvelle fois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux. Placez la mousse 2 heures environ au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le brownie :<\/h3>\n<p class=\"fs17 txtgrey6 lh12 mb5 p10 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"dblock fs15 mb5 txtgrey fontMedium\">1.\u00a0<\/span>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fs17 txtgrey6 lh12 mb5 p10 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Coupez le chocolat en petits morceaux puis mettez-le \u00e0 chauffer dans une casserole avec un fond d&rsquo;eau. Ajoutez le\u00a0Becel Original Liquide et remuez sur feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fs17 txtgrey6 lh12 mb5 p10 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"dblock fs15 mb5 txtgrey fontMedium\">3.\u00a0<\/span>Dans un saladier, battez les oeufs puis ajoutez le sucre et la farine progressivement. Ajoutez ensuite le chocolat fondu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fs17 txtgrey6 lh12 mb5 p10 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"dblock fs15 mb5 txtgrey fontMedium\">4.\u00a0<\/span>Disposez du papier sulfuris\u00e9 dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau et versez-y la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fs17 txtgrey6 lh12 mb5 p10 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Enfournez 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fs17 txtgrey6 lh12 mb5 p10 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sortez le plat du four et attendez que le g\u00e2teau ti\u00e9disse pour le d\u00e9couper en carr\u00e9s. Badigeonnez ensuite les brownies de la mousse au chocolat qui a bien refroidi dans le frigo. D\u00e9corez avec quelques framboises et copeaux de chocolat.
