Redevenue \u00e0 la mode, cette c\u00e9r\u00e9ale originaire d&rsquo;Italie a de multiples bienfaits dont sa haute teneur en fibres (qui aide au bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me digestif et intestinal) et sa richesse en\u00a0vitamine B, en magn\u00e9sium, en fer et en zinc. Ajoutez-y quelques l\u00e9gumes et vous obtenez une assiette sant\u00e9 digne de ce nom.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ingredient-value\">150<\/span> g de farro<\/li>\n<li>200 g de champignons<\/li>\n<li>Une grappe de tomates cerises<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">1<\/span> bo\u00eete de c\u0153urs d\u2019artichauts<\/li>\n<li>Du basilic frais<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">2<\/span> c. \u00e0 s. de Becel Original Liquide (20 g)<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">150<\/span> g de petits pois frais ou congel\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">100<\/span> g de fromage de ch\u00e8vre frais \u00e9miett\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e9chalotes<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">2<\/span> gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-value\">1<\/span>\u00a0c. \u00e0 s. de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n<li>Un filet\u00a0de<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Becel Huile pour salades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">PR\u00c9PARATION (Pour 4 personnes)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nettoyez les champignons et coupez-les grossi\u00e8rement. Pelez et \u00e9mincez l\u2019ail et les \u00e9chalotes. Lavez et coupez les tomates en deux. Coupez les c\u0153urs d\u2019artichauts en quatre. Retirez les feuilles de basilic des branches, lavez-les et coupez-les en fines lamelles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faites cuire le farro selon les instructions de l\u2019emballage puis \u00e9gouttez.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chauffez le Becel Original Liquide dans une sauteuse et faites-y revenir les \u00e9chalotes \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 2 minutes sans cesser de remuer. Ajoutez l\u2019ail et les champignons. Laissez cuire doucement 3 minutes. Ajoutez les petits pois pr\u00e9alablement cuits \u00e0 la vapeur (une quinzaine de minutes) en fin de cuisson, \u00a0les tomates, les c\u0153urs d\u2019artichaut et le basilic.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9langez votre pr\u00e9paration de l\u00e9gumes au farro chaud. R\u00e9partissez le tout sur des assiettes et parsemez de fromage de ch\u00e8vre. Poivrez. Ajoutez le vinaigre balsamique et un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.
