Coupez le gingembre et r\u00e2pez-le finement. Nettoyez les poireaux et coupez-les finement. Lavez les champignons et coupez les pieds durs si n\u00e9cessaire. D\u00e9taillez les chapeaux en fines tranches.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mettez la farine de bl\u00e9 complet dans un saladier, cassez l\u2019\u0153uf par-dessus et ajoutez progressivement le lait de soja et 50 ml d\u2019eau froide, sans cesser de remuer avec un fouet. Battez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et sans grumeaux. Ajoutez la ciboulette.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faites chauffer \u00bd c. \u00e0 s. de Becel Huile pour salades dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive et cuisez une cr\u00eape. Gardez-la au chaud entre 2 assiettes et cuisez-en une autre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pendant ce temps, chauffez 1 c. \u00e0 s. de Becel Huile dans un wok et faites revenir l\u2019ail, le gingembre et les poireaux pendant 5 minutes. \u00a0Ajoutez les shiitakes \u00e0 feu vif pendant 3 minutes. Ajoutez les germes de soja \u00e0 votre m\u00e9lange, le poivre et les graines de s\u00e9same.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disposez les l\u00e9gumes sur les cr\u00eapes et roulez-les. Dressez sur des feuilles de laitue. Garnissez de quelques champignons.
