Lavez les pommes de terre et enlevez la peau.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plongez les asperges dans l\u2019eau bouillante et cuisez pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes selon leur \u00e9paisseur. En m\u00eame temps, cuisez les pommes de terre \u00e0 point pendant 15 minutes environ. Faites bouillir l&rsquo;oeuf pendant 8 minutes pour qu&rsquo;il soit dur. Passez-le directement sous l\u2019eau froide, puis pelez-le et coupez-le en quatre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9gouttez les pommes de terre et les asperges. Disposez les asperges, les pommes de terre, le jambon d&rsquo;Ardenne et les \u0153ufs sur deux assiettes. M\u00e9langez le Becel Gold\u00a0au persil hach\u00e9 avec une fourchette jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te cr\u00e9meuse. Faites-la fondre sur les asperges chaudes. Assaisonnez les pommes de terre avec un peu de noix de muscade.
