Des choses exquises, fines, sur un registre connu, quoique souvent oubli\u00e9 ou galvaud\u00e9 ailleurs, se trouvent propos\u00e9es ici avec maestria. Comme le Pot au feu de foie gras de canard, petits l\u00e9gumes croquants, jus l\u00e9g\u00e8rement truff\u00e9, ancho\u00efade de saumon, salade de pommes de terre ti\u00e8des \u00e0 la ciboulette. On ajoute une carte des vins riche en belles bouteilles conseill\u00e9es par le sommelier Lionel Verjans que l\u2019on a connu \u00e0 la grande \u00e9poque du Bistro du Mail.\u00a0On ach\u00e8ve sur les jolis desserts comme le Mille-feuille d\u00e9structur\u00e9 avec sa petite mousse de caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 et mousse vanille bourbon.\u00a0Et surtout, il y a l\u2019accueil au sourire exquis.\u00a0C\u00e9line, ma\u00eetre d\u2019h\u00f4tel au d\u00e9licieux accent fran\u00e7ais, veille la salle avec humour, pr\u00e9cision et prestance.
