Le chocolat gagne ses lettres de noblesse. Avec ses origines originales, des f\u00e8ves de cacao in\u00e9dites, des \u00ab\u00a0grands crus\u00a0\u00bb. Nous vous proposons quelques mariages di-vins\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">Venezuela &#8211; Papouasie (chocolat au lait 43% cacao)<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>M\u00e9lange Am\u00e9rique\/Oc\u00e9anie<\/strong>. Les Criollos du Venezuela apportent une note chaude, un go\u00fbt de caramel tandis que les Criollos et Forasteros de Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guin\u00e9e donnent de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et du corps. Une Colheita, un <strong>vin de mill\u00e9sime vieilli en barriques pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, a un profil semblable<\/strong>. Des notes de torr\u00e9faction, des touches de cuir, de caramel, une pointe de fum\u00e9e, voire, pour les plus belles une touche de pruneau. Dieu existe\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">Papouasie &#8211; Arriba (chocolat noir 60% cacao)<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>M\u00e9lange Oc\u00e9anie \/Am\u00e9rique.<\/strong> Les f\u00e8ves de Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guin\u00e9e prodiguent une acidit\u00e9 fruit\u00e9e, \u00e9pic\u00e9e et des notes de Whisky qui se marient \u00e0 la fra\u00eecheur et au c\u00f4t\u00e9 herbac\u00e9 des f\u00e8ves Forastero Arriba. <strong>Le LBV <\/strong>(sous cet acronyme \u00e9trange se cachent les mots Late Bottled Vintage<strong>) est \u00e0 la fois un vin riche et l\u00e9ger, \u00e9l\u00e9gant et puissant. <\/strong>Il marie les notes de petits fruits rouges \u00e0 des touches \u00e9pic\u00e9es. Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 fum\u00e9 du chocolat (la note whisky) se retrouve ici aussi. Un mariage surprenant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 &#8211; Tanzanie (chocolat noir 70% cacao)<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>M\u00e9lange de f\u00e8ves de deux r\u00e9gions d\u2019Afrique.<\/strong> <strong>S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9<\/strong> pour la puissance, la longueur en bouche. <strong>Tanzanie<\/strong> pour l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et pour les saveurs fruit\u00e9es et vanill\u00e9es. <strong>Le Porto Vintage, ne se d\u00e9guste jamais \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re. <\/strong>Il faut le laisser se d\u00e9velopper un rien. D\u00e9gust\u00e9 dans sa jeunesse, son bouquet de fruits noirs m\u00fbrs juteux, ses touches vanill\u00e9es subtiles, sont parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s dans cette combinaison.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Equateur \u2013 Saint Domingue (chocolat noir 80% cacao)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><strong><br \/>\nM\u00e9lange de deux r\u00e9gions d\u2019Am\u00e9rique.<\/strong> Saint Domingue apporte des touches de pain grill\u00e9, de fruits secs. Les Forastero d\u2019Equateur ont des notes d\u2019herbes s\u00e8ches, de fleur d\u2019oranger.
