A l\u2019horizon, l\u2019aube de la naissance des whiskies \u00ab Pur Malt \u00bb. Puis, ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne classique de d\u00e9samour, lorsque les Japonais se sont lass\u00e9s et ont d\u00e9couvert quelques autres sources de bonheur, le march\u00e9 s\u2019est tass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heureusement, <strong>le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain s\u2019est ouvert au cognac <\/strong>gr\u00e2ce aux rappeurs. Ces maisons s\u00e9culaires d\u00e9veloppent <strong>un certain art de vivre \u00e0 la \u00ab fran\u00e7aise<\/strong>. Les lieux de r\u00e9ception font dans l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance exceptionnelle, les mets sont fins, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de d\u00e9coration de haute qualit\u00e9. Mais le cognac n\u2019est pas le champagne, et donc c\u2019est plus complexe \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Agit\u00e9, pas secou\u00e9. Ou l\u2019inverse.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/cognacSIX.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-1490 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/cognacSIX.gif\" alt=\"cognacSIX\" width=\"305\" height=\"265\" \/><\/a>Le cognac ne se vend pas qu\u2019Outre-Atlantique, et en Chine par bateaux entiers, on en trouve encore chez nous, et m\u00eame du bon. Celui dont il est question confine tout simplement au sublime, on est dans l\u2019exceptionnel et pas vraiment dans le genre que l\u2019on additionne d\u2019eau ou de soda. D\u2019ailleurs, pour retrouver une client\u00e8le plus jeune, il faut passer par le cocktail, c\u2019est comme \u00e7a. Certes, c\u2019est une mode, mais c\u2019est aussi un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne cyclique, il semblerait m\u00eame qu\u2019<strong>\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 l\u2019on d\u00e9couvrait les cocktails, le cognac ait \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de base <\/strong>de l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre hit du moment. La gen\u00e8se du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Mojito semblerait passer par une composition \u00e0 base de cognac. D\u2019ailleurs, ayant, au p\u00e9ril de mon foie, exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre cocktail \u00e0 base de cognac, je peux vous avouer la satisfaction int\u00e9grale de mes papilles.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019histoire, toujours l\u2019Histoire<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/cognacTROIS.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1480\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/cognacTROIS.jpg\" alt=\"cognacTROIS\" width=\"1280\" height=\"625\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/cognacTROIS.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/cognacTROIS-768x375.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019un de mes derniers voyages m\u2019a conduit au Ch\u00e2teau de Bagnolet, une r\u00e9sidence merveilleuse nich\u00e9e au bord d\u2019un bras paresseux de la Charente. Comment vous expliquer -en quelques mots- le plaisir d\u2019\u00eatre en ces murs qui racontent l\u2019histoire de la famille Hennessy depuis des si\u00e8cles\u00a0? Sachez que le cognac n\u2019est pas vraiment cognac avant d\u2019avoir s\u00e9journ\u00e9 s\u00e9rieusement dans <strong>des barriques de ch\u00eane<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Paradis, le temps en bouteille<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La cuv\u00e9e \u00ab Paradis \u00bb est un must.<\/strong> En fait, dans les caves de la r\u00e9gion, le Paradis est la cave o\u00f9 sont stock\u00e9es les rares eaux de vie, celles qui font la race et l\u2019essence des grands cognacs. Chez Hennessy, en nommant cette cuv\u00e9e \u00ab Paradis \u00bb, l\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait d\u2019utiliser <strong>des eaux de vie rares<\/strong>. M<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-1483 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/1027853.jpg\" alt=\"1027853\" width=\"242\" height=\"291\" \/>. Fillioux, le septi\u00e8me du nom, avec l\u2019aide de ses collaborateurs, pose les bases d\u2019un produit hors normes. Comme la bouteille se nomme \u00ab Paradis \u00bb, la cave \u00e9ponyme a donc chang\u00e9 de nom. C\u2019est pas tout \u00e7a, mais il me faut \u00e9voquer maintenant les notes subtiles du Paradis. Le Paradis\u00a0de la maison Hennessy a un c\u00f4t\u00e9 nirvanesque. On est dans la subtilit\u00e9, <strong>les notes d\u2019agrumes succ\u00e8dent aux touches de cacao<\/strong>. C\u2019est un peu vanill\u00e9, on va vers le caramel au beurre, rien ne br\u00fble en bouche, c\u2019est rond, cr\u00e9meux, souple. Mais le Paradis a un co\u00fbt. Comptez quatre cent cinquante de nos beaux euros pour pouvoir le savourer.
