A sucer du c\u00e9leri pour \u00e9rotiser sa long\u00e9vit\u00e9, ne passe-t-on pas \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du plaisir, qui en est la s\u00e8ve ? J&rsquo;entends d\u00e9j\u00e0 les ap\u00f4tres de l&rsquo;alimentation saine et de la \u00ab pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d&rsquo;un sport \u00bb s&rsquo;\u00e9mouvoir qu&rsquo;on peut manger bien et bon, sans mettre son \u00e9quilibre en danger. C&rsquo;est faux. Un gruau d&rsquo;avoine, m\u00eame le plus bio, m\u00eame mix\u00e9 avec des dattes de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9, m\u00eame saupoudr\u00e9 de cacao cru r\u00e2p\u00e9, \u00e7a ne vaudra jamais une couque chocolat-p\u00e2te de pistache-cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. Enfiler les d\u00e9cennies comme des perles \u00e0 un collier de semi-\u00e9ternit\u00e9 sans boire ni fumer ni manger de fromage radioactif \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re ni s&rsquo;autoriser tous ces petits bonheurs qui soit font grossir, soit rendent enceinte, soit sont vaguement ill\u00e9gaux, \u00e7a rallonge \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr le temps. C&rsquo;est la th\u00e9orie de la relativit\u00e9 mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/jai-de-cholesterol-fais-quoi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cholest\u00e9rol.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Prenez votre sant\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle en main !<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour rester en bonne sant\u00e9 morale et \u00e9motionnelle, celle qui, au fond, d\u00e9termine la sant\u00e9 physique, soyons politiquement correctement subversifs : une clope vol\u00e9e \u00e0 la fen\u00eatre avec un verre de liquide froid mais \u00e0 40\u00b0 pendant que tout le monde dort dans la maison, \u00e7a peut avantageusement remplacer une s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/menopause\/5-exercices-de-yoga-hormonal-pour-mieux-vivre-la-menopause\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">yoga<\/a>.
