Pelez les oignons et coupez-les en morceaux. Brossez les carottes et coupez-les en deux dans la longueur. Lavez et coupez la courgette en grosses tranches et coupez-les ensuite en deux. Lavez les tomates et coupez-les en deux. M\u00e9langez l\u2019oignon et la carotte, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et poivrez. \u00c9talez-les sur la r\u00f4tissoire ou le plat de cuisson et grillez les l\u00e9gumes pendant 10 minutes dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9. Sortez les l\u00e9gumes du four, ajoutez la courgette et remettez les l\u00e9gumes au four pendant 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Retirez entre-temps les graines du poivron et hachez la chair finement. Lavez le citron et pr\u00e9levez le zeste finement. Hachez finement le persil et ajoutez-y le zeste de citron, le poivron rouge, le poivre moulu et le fromage cottage. Pr\u00e9parez le quinoa selon les instructions de l\u2019emballage.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Versez les l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s avec les tomates dans le quinoa. Servez sur 2 assiettes et ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de fromage cottage.
