Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne \u00e9trange, qui \u00e9chappe \u00e0 toute logique. En moins de quinze ans, la Belgique est devenue la premi\u00e8re destination \u00e0 l\u2019export de ces m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles produites dans plusieurs r\u00e9gions d\u2019Espagne.<br \/>\nNous consommerions plus ou moins vingt-cinq millions de flacons de cette appellation particuli\u00e8re. Et tout cela, sans qu\u2019aucun euro ou presque n\u2019ait \u00e9t\u00e9 investi en communication par les producteurs ou les instances syndicales responsables. Juste un v\u00e9ritable ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne populaire, n\u00e9 au nord du pays, aid\u00e9 par quelques articles dans quelques magazines, le bon vin au bon moment, au bon prix pour les bonnes personnes.<br \/>\nPlus qu\u2019un vin, c\u2019est carr\u00e9ment une mode de consommation. Mais, paradoxe bien belge, il est fortement localis\u00e9 au nord du pays, pour plus de 85\u00a0% de la consommation. Alors qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un vin plut\u00f4t bon march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Prosecco<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nouvelle vague\u00a0? Alors qu\u2019il semblerait que le Cava commence \u00e0 ne plus cro\u00eetre, voire \u00e0 doucettement d\u00e9cro\u00eetre, voil\u00e0 que pointe une nouvelle vaguelette italienne. Mais\u2026 car il y a quelques mais. Au niveau prix, c\u2019est positionn\u00e9 un rien plus haut, et \u00e7a, c\u2019est pas gagn\u00e9, surtout en ces temps un rien plus tendus au niveau des portefeuilles.<br \/>\nEt puis, les proseccos, je me demande si le pluriel ne se fait pas en prosecci, ce serait nettement plus mignon\u2026 bref, passons.\u00a0Les proseccos donc, sont nettement plus floraux, plus parfum\u00e9s que l\u2019essentiel de la concurrence, ce qui pourrait g\u00eaner certains consommateurs amateurs de bulles plus tendues. Enfin, mais \u00e7a c\u2019est aussi valable pour les Cavas, les productions sont extraordinairement h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. Donc, il faut beaucoup tester pour s\u00e9parer le bon grain de l\u2019ivraie, avant d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir l\u2019ivresse.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Bulles du monde<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est un fait, le vin effervescent a le vent en poupe. De la Tch\u00e9quie \u00e0 l\u2019Australie, en passant par le Chili ou l\u2019Afrique du Sud sans oublier le Luxembourg ou le Portugal, le monde se met \u00e0 produire des vins \u00e0 bulles. Ces vins sont souvent tout \u00e0 fait au point techniquement parlant et, pour la plupart, fort bien faits. Et la Belgique dans tout \u00e7a\u00a0?<br \/>\nGr\u00e2ce au Domaine des Agaises \u00e0 Haulchin et ses fameuses cuv\u00e9es Ruffus et Dragone, la viticulture nationale existe au niveau international. Lors du dernier concours des Effervescents du Monde, le domaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9 parmi les dix meilleurs de la plan\u00e8te.<br \/>\nC\u2019est un peu plus qu\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne local maintenant. Derri\u00e8re ce domaine, une jolie s\u00e9rie de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s marche en bon ordre, l\u2019avenir est plut\u00f4t prometteur.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Cr\u00e9mant<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un peu le parent pauvre des bulles fran\u00e7aises. C\u2019est que derri\u00e8re le monolithe champenois, il y a peu de lumi\u00e8re pour cro\u00eetre tranquillement. D\u00e9j\u00e0, se diff\u00e9rencier, c\u2019est un peu exister.<br \/>\nMais il faut l\u2019expliquer aux consommateurs, un Cr\u00e9mant du Jura et un Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 voir l\u2019un avec l\u2019autre, question de sols, de climats, de c\u00e9pages, sans m\u00eame parler de savoir-faire. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, une fois pour toutes, il faut comprendre qu\u2019un Cr\u00e9mant, n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un succ\u00e9dan\u00e9 de Champagne.
