Par contre, on ne vous dira jamais assez \u00e0 quel point <b>le yoga a des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques tant sur le plan physique que mental.<\/b> Si, si, sa pratique semble g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de super pouvoirs\u00a0! <b>Le yoga<\/b>, sous ses diverses formes et noms compliqu\u00e9s, <b>soulage le mal de dos, l&rsquo;hypertension, les troubles digestifs, les migraines, l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, les probl\u00e8mes respiratoires, la d\u00e9pression, \u2026 tout en tonifiant les muscles<\/b> en souplesse. Il nous donne les moyens de <b>g\u00e9rer le stress<\/b> et d\u2019<b>am\u00e9liorer sa relation aux autres<\/b>. En prime, cette discipline ne n\u00e9cessite <b>aucune condition physique particuli\u00e8re<\/b>. Elle est accessible \u00e0 tous et vous n&rsquo;aurez pas besoin d&rsquo;investir dans du mat\u00e9riel co\u00fbteux (un tapis et des v\u00eatements confortables, et HOP!, vous \u00eates par\u00e9(e)s!). Et, cerise sur le cupcake, les r\u00e9sultats sont notables d\u00e9s la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance. Apr\u00e8s une heure de chien t\u00eate en bas, de position de l&rsquo;enfant, de prayanamas r\u00e9cr\u00e9atifs (ma\u00eetrise du souffle), et de m\u00e9ditation (si, et seulement si, le c\u0153ur vous en dit), on a vraiment l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir r\u00e9\u00e9quilibr\u00e9 nos \u00e9nergies et on se sent \u00e0 la fois <b>zen et tonique<\/b>, compl\u00e8tement reboost\u00e9. Bref, ce serait vraiment dommage de s&rsquo;en priver, non\u00a0? Bient\u00f4t, vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salutations au soleil<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plus qu&rsquo;un loisir ou un sport, le yoga est <b>un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit, un art de vivre<\/b>, qui permet d&rsquo;explorer votre for int\u00e9rieur en vous r\u00e9servant de belles surprises, des \u00e9chapp\u00e9es belles, un Eden \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main\u00a0! Comme quoi, <b>parfois<\/b> <b>il ne faut pas aller bien loin pour \u00eatre d\u00e9pays\u00e9<\/b>. Vous pouvez choisir de vous y adonner un peu, beaucoup ou passionn\u00e9ment, dans la plupart des salles de sport ou dans un centre pr\u00e8s de chez vous. Ou tout simplement \u00e0 la maison, avec des cours particuliers ou collectifs (entre amies par exemple ?). Certains livres vous permettent m\u00eame un apprentissage autodidacte. A moins que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9reriez suivre un coach sur internet\u00a0?
