Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition les morceaux de coings, le jus de pomme et le b\u00e2ton de cannelle. Laissez cuire le coing environ 10 minutes et r\u00e9duisez le jus. Laissez refroidir le coing dans le sirop de pomme.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. D\u00e9coupez la p\u00e2te phyllo en 8 carr\u00e9s d\u2019environ 7&#215;7 cm. Graissez les moules et les carr\u00e9s de p\u00e2te phyllo avec Becel Original. Superposez-les deux par deux, mais faites pivoter le carr\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019un quart de tour afin de former une \u00e9toile \u00e0 8 branches. D\u00e9posez les carr\u00e9s deux par deux dans les formes (ils d\u00e9passent un peu).<\/li>\n<li>Enfournez les tartelettes pendant 7 minutes environ jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient croustillantes et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es. Retirez-les du four et laissez-les reposer. D\u00e9moulez ensuite les tartelettes et laissez-les refroidir.
