Nettoyez les haricots. Laissez \u00e9goutter le thon et coupez-le en morceaux. R\u00e9servez 2 belles branches de menthe et coupez le reste en tr\u00e8s fines lamelles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuisez le quinoa selon les instructions de l\u2019emballage. Chauffez le Becel Original et faites revenir les oignons \u00e0 feu moyen pendant environ 5 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent translucides. Cuisez les haricots 7 minutes dans l\u2019eau avec le cube de bouillon. \u00c9gouttez-les et laissez-les \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9langez le quinoa avec l\u2019oignon cuit, les haricots, le thon et la menthe coup\u00e9e.
