Badigeonnez-les ensuite de Becel, \u00e9picez-les et grillez-les.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ETAPES DE PR\u00c9PARATION (POUR 2 PORTIONS)<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. Pelez les topinambours et les carottes et coupez-les en d\u00e9s. D\u00e9taillez les poivrons en gros morceaux. Pelez et coupez les gousses d\u2019ail en quatre. Hachez grossi\u00e8rement le bouquet garni.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez les topinambours et les l\u00e9gumes avec 2 c. \u00e0 s. de Becel Light, \u00be du bouquet garni, l\u2019ail et le poivre dans la r\u00f4tissoire. Enfournez les l\u00e9gumes et faites-les cuire \u00e0 point pendant environ 1 heure.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez entre-temps la viande en deux et badigeonnez-la avec le reste de Becel. Ajoutez le bouquet garni et poivrez.
