Fruit d\u2019un amour de passionn\u00e9s, il est aujourd\u2019hui deux fois \u00e9toil\u00e9. Depuis 2013, le chef San Hoon se r\u00e9invente, \u00e0 quatre mains, en collaboration avec des toques reconnues dans le monde entier. Le temps d\u2019une soir\u00e9e, <strong>San Hoon cuisine en duo harmonieux<\/strong>, chacun y apportant sa note personnelle, pour vous offrir un spectacle d\u2019impro empreint de complicit\u00e9. La sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 de leur rencontre donne souvent naissance \u00e0 une r\u00e9elle symphonie culinaire et, forc\u00e9ment, \u00e0 une <strong>explosion de saveurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore, le chef accueille le gratin de la cuisine gastro\u2019. <strong>David Kinch<\/strong> (Los Gatos), deux \u00e9toiles, venu tout droit des Etats-Unis. Mais encore le chef fran\u00e7ais<strong> Christophe Aribert<\/strong> (Les Terrasses), doublement \u00e9toil\u00e9 \u00e9galement.
