Mais attention \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>Amen<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb est d\u00e9j\u00e0 complet ces 17 et 18 ao\u00fbt ! Nous on s\u2019y est r\u00e9gal\u00e9 (\u00e0 Zaventem) et \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re occasion, on file d\u00e9guster ceux de Waterloo !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Heureux propri\u00e9taire du tr\u00e8s sympathique \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>Wine in the City<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb de Jette,\u00a0<strong><em>Eddy Munster<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>ouvre d\u2019ici quelques jours aussi une nouvelle table \u00e0 Wemmel. Alors que la tentative pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de \u00ab\u00a0<em>Sens<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00fb baisser pavillon face aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements dramatiques qu\u2019\u00e0 connus la Capitale, nous ne pouvons qu\u2019esp\u00e9rer un heureux d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 cette nouvelle enseigne bient\u00f4t voisine de l\u2019excellente maison d\u2019<strong><em>Evan Triantopoulos<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong><em>Le Grill aux Herbes<\/em><\/strong>). Lequel vient, lui aussi, de r\u00e9nover sa tr\u00e8s belle maison, il y a quelques mois \u00e0 peine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18861 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/life-magazine1-1.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazine1\" width=\"641\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/life-magazine1-1.jpg 536w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/life-magazine1-1-315x193.jpg 315w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 641px) 100vw, 641px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEn r\u00e9gion wallonne, \u00e0 deux pas de sa maison initiale\u00a0<strong><em>L\u2019Eau Vive<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>Pierre R\u00e9simont<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>a ouvert, apr\u00e8s ses chambres d\u2019h\u00f4tes, le\u00a0<strong><em>Medissey<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(photos), un g\u00eete flambant neuf visiblement aussi moderne et luxueux (mais sans luxe ostentatoire) sur la commune de Profondeville (Province de Namur). Une belle destination pour toutes les mises au vert de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 ou de l\u2019automne \u00e0 venir !\u00a0A Namur \u00e9galement, mais cette fois en bord de Meuse et \u00e0 quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres de la gare (dans un sens) ou de la Maison de la Culture (dans l\u2019autre sens), \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la ville, c\u2019est\u00a0<strong><em>Thierry Van Damme<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>(et son associ\u00e9\u00a0<strong><em>Michel Grenier<\/em><\/strong>) qui viennent d\u2019ouvrir une nouvelle brasserie-\u00e9cailler \u00e0\u00a0grand succ\u00e8s potentiel,\u00a0<em><strong>La Brasserie du Quai<\/strong><\/em>. Les commandes des fourneaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9es \u00e0 un chef bien connu, Michel Looze que l\u2019on avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 crois\u00e9 dans de belles brasseries de la Capitale (Midi Station au d\u00e9but, Tr\u00e8fle \u00e0 4 avec Michel Hasquin, Bistrot M\u2019Alain avec Trouvat, \u2026). A\u00a0voir la r\u00e9ussite des entreprises pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes des deux comparses\u00a0\u00e0 Bruxelles et en Brabant Wallon (<em>La Brasserie du Lac \u00e0 Genval, Les Six Colonnes, La Brasserie de la Patinoire au Bois de la Cambre, l\u2019Orangerie du Prince,<\/em>\u00a0\u2026) nul doute que celle-ci rencontrera rapidement le m\u00eame engouement de la part de nos compatriotes namurois !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-18862 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/life-magazin2.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazin2\" width=\"350\" height=\"363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/life-magazin2.jpg 416w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/life-magazin2-315x327.jpg 315w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et ce n\u2019est pas tout puisque l\u2019on parle aussi et d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0un peu partout dans les milieux avis\u00e9s de\u00a0l\u2019ouverture pour la mi-octobre d\u2019une nouvelle enseigne \u00e9galement pour\u00a0<strong><em>David Martin\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>(La Paix)<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>une poissonnerie-restaurant ainsi que d\u2019une autre pour\u00a0<strong><em>Sang-Hoon Degeimbre<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>L\u2019Air du Temps<\/em>) \u2013 un seconde au c\u0153ur de la Capitale \u2013 mais ici c\u00f4t\u00e9 beaux quartiers du haut de la ville, \u2026 \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier car le singulier chef doublement \u00e9toil\u00e9 venant de se remarier il est fort \u00e0 parier qu\u2019il a d\u2019autres chats \u00e0 fouetter \u2026 encore que \u2026 avec l\u2019\u00e9nergie que nous lui connaissons \u2026 !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 boucherie, et m\u00eame restaurant de viande, c\u2019est la fameuse table de Jack O\u2019Shea qui,juste \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, devait fermer ses portes. Cependant, la bonne nouvelle du moment\u00a0: cette table install\u00e9e rue Ste Catherine (avant la place du m\u00eame nom et la rue de Flandre) sera reprise d\u00e8s l\u2019automne par le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre boucher flamand\u00a0<em><strong>Hendrik Dierendonck<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pas mal de mouvement \u00e9galement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des p\u00e2tissiers et chocolatiers avec, l\u00e0 aussi, des ouvertures \u2013 dont\u00a0<em><strong>La Chocolaterie<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>de\u00a0<strong><em>Jean-Philippe Darcis<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e0 Verviers\u00a0et des d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements mais aussi des fermetures comme celle de\u00a0<strong><em>Ladur\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0au Sablon.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.joellerochette.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.joellerochette.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading Time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutes<\/span><\/span>Et\u00e9 plus porteur que jamais, plusieurs chefs renomm\u00e9s annoncent l&rsquo;ouverture de nouvelles enseignes&#8230; dignes de leurs noms !
