Quel chou ce chou<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pas question de vous ennuyer avec la l\u00e9gendaire soupe aux choux qui ne rendrait d\u2019ailleurs\u00a0pas service \u00e0 votre corps&#8230; mais plut\u00f4t de vous r\u00e9concilier avec les diff\u00e9rents choux sous toutes leurs formes. Une fois cuite, d\u00e9coupez-la en \u00ab\u00a0carpaccio\u00a0\u00bb pour garnir vos salades vertes saupoudr\u00e9e de noix. Les plus motiv\u00e9es appr\u00e9cieront son go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 dans un\u00a0d\u00e9licieux jus ! Accompagn\u00e9 de pommes et\/ou de carottes, elle se mue en potion\u00a0d\u00e9toxifiante id\u00e9ale pour redonner un coup de punch \u00e0 votre organisme.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. On se presse sur le citron<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un verre de jus de citron avec de l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de tous les matins permet de nettoyer le syst\u00e8me digestif. En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre un tr\u00e8s bon d\u00e9puratif, ce pr\u00e9cieux agrume <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">contient du magn\u00e9sium, du calcium, de la vitamine C, des bioflavono\u00efdes et de la pectine qui renforcent les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires. C&rsquo;est<\/span>\u00a0un des aliments les plus alcalisant pour le corps; sa consommation favorise donc l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du taux de pH sanguin. N&rsquo;oubliez pas aussi que le citron est une\u00a0excellente alternative aux sauces dans vos salades mais aussi sur du poisson et\/ou m\u00eame de la viande blanche.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Misez sur les bonnes prot\u00e9ines<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qui dit d\u00e9tox, dit facile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer. Faites donc l&rsquo;impasse sur la viande rouge et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la viande blanche mais aussi\u00a0le poisson blanc et les fruits de mer ! Sans oublier les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales qui ont le vent en poupe chez les nutritionnistes. Pensez \u00e0 mettre de la spiruline dans vos jus frais et \u00e0 d\u00e9corer vos plats de fruits \u00e0 coques (pistaches, noisettes, amandes, noix confondues) et de graines (de courges, de chanvre et de lin par exemple).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. L&rsquo;heure du poireau a sonn\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Riche en fibres, le poireau est l\u2019alli\u00e9 r\u00eav\u00e9 pour combattre les effets qu&rsquo;on eu les f\u00eates sur notre transit intestinal. Ultra-light et bourr\u00e9 de vitamines, ce l\u00e9gume de saison permet un \u00e9ventail de recettes traditionnelles ou originales. Hydratante mais aussi d\u00e9toxifiante, l&rsquo;eau a \u00e9galement\u00a0un impact positif sur l\u2019humeur, l&rsquo;\u00e9clat de notre teint, et l&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de la peau.
