Dans une tasse, mettez l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;un verre \u00e0 liqueur de bon rhum agricole (brun de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), ajoutez-y le jus d&rsquo;un citron (ou d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9mentine pour varier). Remplissez la tasse avec l&rsquo;eau chaude et m\u00e9langez avec une cuill\u00e8re de \u00ab\u00a0vrai\u00a0\u00bb miel de fleurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A d\u00e9guster le soir uniquement car cette recette facilite l&rsquo;endormissement.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;infusion au thym<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans une tasse,\u00a0versez de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sur deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de thym.\u00a0Laissez infuser 5 minutes (pas plus sinon cela risque de\u00a0devenir amer!) en couvrant la tasse.\u00a0Sucrez avec un peu de miel.
