Avec excellence surtout&#8230; en choisissant des produits frais et raffin\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9 mais aussi en puisant parmi des saveurs venues du monde entier. Les recettes sont inspir\u00e9es par un chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 et repr\u00e9sentent chacune une ville. Le\u00a0<em>Brussels,<\/em> par exemple,\u00a0se compose d&rsquo;un Black Angus, d&rsquo;oignons confits \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re, de mayo et de sauce sp\u00e9ciale burger; tandis que le <em>Tokyo <\/em>est servi avec la fameuse\u00a0viande de Wagyu accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une sauce yakitori et d&rsquo;un zeste de wakame alors que le<em>\u00a0Nice <\/em>est une sorte de pan bagnat revisit\u00e9 au thon frais avec des poivrons, de la tapenade et de la roquette !<em>\u00a0<\/em>Quant aux pains (ou les buns comme on dit dans le jargon), ils viennent de chez Yves Guns alias \u00ab\u00a0LE BOULANGER\u201d des grands restaurants de Bruxelles.
