Plus que probablement l’un des top 10 de la bistronomie bruxelloise, l’Improbable est un lieu \u00e9l\u00e9gant et raffin\u00e9 \u00e0 l’ambiance moderne et cosy. Le nouveau chef aux commandes, Matthieu Lambert, a repris avec brio et entrain cette adresse hautement recommandable proche du quartier de l\u2019ULB.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De la bistronomie gourmande<\/h3>\n

On aime l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re bois\u00e9e un brin romantique, le service amical, les vins complices. Ce qu\u2019on trouve au fil de l\u2019ardoise assez restreinte se base sur les produits frais et de saison, et change donc r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Bref, que du bon, du simple, du frais et du sans chichi, mitonn\u00e9 avec c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n

On savourera jusqu’au dernier grain, son risotto de Fregolla aux champignons des bois, \u00e9mulsion de sarriette et sa tuile de s\u00e9same noir, suivi d\u2019un filet de Bar en croute d\u2019herbes, bouillon de crustac\u00e9, pak choi et rattes du Touquet. On y ajoute de jolis vins pleins de fra\u00eecheur comme le Languedoc \u00ab\u00a0Les Princesses 2014\u00a0\u00bb ou, en blanc, un Santenay \u2013 Ch\u00e2teau de la Cr\u00e9e \u00ab Charmes \u00bb de 2013. Un registre bien tenu, sans chichi d\u2019aucune sorte, avec de la modestie et de la gait\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un saxophoniste qui vous r\u00e9galera les oreilles tous les mardis et mercredis soirs: voil\u00e0 ce qui vous attend !<\/p>\n
