Ces services, bien souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s comme totalement gratuits, ont pour unique but d\u2019augmenter les ventes de v\u00eatements.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Par Ga\u00eblle Dehenain<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019exp\u00e9rience du shopping personnalis\u00e9 que l&rsquo;on retrouve dans certains magasins est tout \u00e0 fait diff\u00e9rente de ce que des cha\u00eenes de mode comme Topshop et Zalando proposent avec leur <em>exp\u00e9rience de shopping personnalis\u00e9<\/em> (en ligne). Le service a beau \u00eatre gratuit, si nous d\u00e9cortiquons l\u2019offre, nous constatons que c\u2019est souvent la m\u00eame chose, un concept passe-partout qui copie les vrais professionnels et de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 tous les niveaux. Une\u00a0<em>unique selling proposition<\/em> est donc n\u00e9cessaire. Il faut proposer un produit disponible nulle part ailleurs.
