La vraie difficult\u00e9 une fois de plus en Belgique \u00e9tant de pouvoir se procurer le vin. J\u2019aime beaucoup la structure florale marqu\u00e9e par le fruit blanc tr\u00e8s m\u00fbr du nez. La bouche est plut\u00f4t structur\u00e9e avec une finale sur une pointe d\u2019amertume. Ce qui l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vachement bien. La bouche est riche pleine sans aucune lourdeur. Les tanins sont fondus et parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. C\u2019est la bouteille parfaite pour accompagner un beau morceau de viande rouge grill\u00e9e ou histoire de sombrer dans le clich\u00e9 une bonne vieille goulasch des familles.\u00a0<strong>15\/20<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Roodeberg 2015<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rouge<br \/>\nAppellation Western Cape<br \/>\nC\u00e9pages pinotage, syrah, cabernet, sauvignon<br \/>\nAfrique du Sud<br \/>\nColruyt \u20ac 7,30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un classique de chez classique qui serait du genre excellent rapport prix\/plaisir. Ce n\u2019est pas pour rien qu\u2019il s\u2019agit du sud africain le plus vendu en Belgique. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait croire a priori ce vin n\u2019est pas gorg\u00e9 d\u2019alcool et de fruits rouges mais bien construits autour de la finesse et de la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. D\u00e9couvrez les vins du Nord de l\u2019Italie dans ce qu\u2019ils ont de tr\u00e8s bons sans forc\u00e9ment vous ruiner, en parlant de la r\u00e9gion, c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable raret\u00e9. Au nez, le passage long en barrique se fait \u00e0 peine sentir tant il est bien ma\u00eetriser. Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 fruit rouge acidul\u00e9 n\u2019est pas s\u2019en faire penser \u00e0 certains pinots noirs. La bouche au tanin ferme mais tr\u00e8s souple est tout simplement juste tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.
