Chaque stade consiste \u00e0 induire un \u00e9tat de relaxation au sein du couple (ex : prendre un bain chaud). Ensuite, les partenaires doivent se caresser et se masser des zones corporelles de plus en plus \u00e9tendues. L\u2019attention des partenaires doit se centrer sur les sensations per\u00e7ues lors des caresses donn\u00e9es ou re\u00e7ues. Enfin, les partenaires communiquent sur le caract\u00e8re plus ou moins agr\u00e9able de ces sensations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etape 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les partenaires se massent \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le.<\/li>\n<li>Les zones sexuelles (poitrine, fesses, sexe) ne peuvent pas \u00eatre caress\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Interdiction d\u2019avoir des rapports sexuels durant l\u2019exercice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Etape 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les partenaires se massent \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le.<\/li>\n<li>Les zones sexuelles peuvent \u00eatre caress\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Interdiction d\u2019avoir des rapports sexuels durant l\u2019exercice, si l\u2019un des deux partenaires est excit\u00e9, une pause doit \u00eatre faite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Etape 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les partenaires se caressent mutuellement sans insistance sur les zones sexuelles.<\/li>\n<li>De l\u00e9gers pr\u00e9liminaires peuvent se produire mais le rapport sexuel reste proscrit.
