Fin 2016, elle publiait <strong>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Moi, super H\u00e9ros<\/em> &#8211; 50 recettes in\u00e9dites et super marrantes pour devenir beau, grand, fort et intelligent\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, pour expliquer la Cuisine de l\u2019\u00e9nergie aux enfants de&#8230; 7 \u00e0 117 ans\u00a0! Mon projet \u00e9tait, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019objectif d\u2019atteindre une sant\u00e9 optimale par la table. Je ne suis pas v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne pour autant m\u00eame si mon alimentation est compos\u00e9e au moins de 70\u00a0% de fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Je conseille toujours de les choisir bio, donc sans aucun pesticide ou autres produits chimiques, sans quoi ils perdent leurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Que pensez-vous de l\u2019\u00e9volution de notre alimentation, des tendances actuelles\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u2019oublions pas que ce sont toujours nos actes d\u2019achat qui cautionnent notre fa\u00e7on de vivre, notre avenir. Chacun doit se sentir et se comporter en personne responsable, sans oublier de regarder l\u2019\u00e9volution des rites alimentaires \u00e0 travers le monde. C\u2019est un enseignement qui nous rappelle que nous faisons partie d\u2019une cha\u00eene, qu\u2019il faut la respecter et s\u2019adapter de la fa\u00e7on la plus sens\u00e9e possible. Ceci pour, au final, faire des enfants en pleine forme et vivre en bonne sant\u00e9 et heureux le plus longtemps possible.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comment est n\u00e9 votre \u00a0projet de restaurant-traiteur, le \u00ab\u00a0Seeds\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0(ndlr\u00a0: graine en anglais)\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019ai souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9e d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9litiste et de m\u2019adresser \u00e0 un public privil\u00e9gi\u00e9.
