Une d\u00e9couverte parfum\u00e9e pour les papilles \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles saveurs&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> (4 personnes)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 pains burger<\/li>\n<li>300 g de haricots rouges (en conserve)<\/li>\n<li>120 g de pois chiche secs<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon rouge<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>6 tomates semi-confites, 1\/2 poivron rouge<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel (5g)<\/li>\n<li>20 g de farine.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9lange d\u2019herbes fra\u00eeches (8 c\u00e0s)\u00a0: 1 c\u00e0s de curry relev\u00e9, 1 c\u00e0c de coriandre en poudre, 4 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, 2 carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es (150g), 2 c\u00e0s de vinaigre de riz, 60 g de copeaux de cheddar. Quelques feuilles de salade Iceberg.<\/li>\n<li>Chutney pomme\/oignon : 2 oignons rouges<strong>,<\/strong> 1 pomme r\u00e2p\u00e9e<strong>, <\/strong>2 c\u00e0s de cassonade (20g)<strong>, <\/strong>1 c\u00e0c de m\u00e9lange 4 \u00e9pices<strong>, <\/strong>1 c\u00e0s de paprika<strong>, <\/strong>1 c\u00e0s de ketchup<strong>, <\/strong>2 c\u00e0s de sauce soja<strong>, <\/strong>2 c\u00e0s de moutarde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La veille, faire tremper les pois chiches durant une nuit (12h).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciseler finement l\u2019oignon et le poivron \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et hacher l\u2019ail. Faire revenir l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail et le poivron dans 1 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mettre dans le bol du robot : haricots rouges, pois chiches tremp\u00e9s (crus), herbes fra\u00eeches, sel, curry, coriandre, sauce soja, tomates confites. Faire tourner le robot par impulsions pour \u00e9viter d\u2019obtenir un m\u00e9lange trop fin. Ajouter le m\u00e9langer oignon, poivron, ail et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fa\u00e7onner 4 burgers et les saupoudrer de farine.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9parer le chutney pomme\/oignons : ciseler finement les oignons rouges et les faire revenir dans 1 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Apr\u00e8s 5 minutes, ajouter la pomme r\u00e2p\u00e9e et la cassonade, les \u00e9pices (m\u00e9lange 4 \u00e9pices et paprika). Laisser mijoter 10 minutes et ajouter ketchup, moutarde et sauce soja, terminer la cuisson 5 minutes et laisser ti\u00e9dir pour une consistance plus fig\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9parer les carottes au vinaigre en m\u00e9langeant les carottes fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9es avec le vinaigre de riz.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la cuisson des burgers, en les faisant revenir dans 2 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
