En cette fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, la talentueuse cheffe nous propose une recette festive pour faire le plein de saveur et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie&#8230;\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> (6 personnes)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 barquette d\u2019algues dulse<\/li>\n<li>1 barquette de laitue de mer<\/li>\n<li>1 poign\u00e9e d\u2019algues Arame s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 verre d\u2019oignons de printemps<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e9chalote moyenne<\/li>\n<li>1 verre de persil plat<\/li>\n<li>gingembre hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 citrons<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de tamari<\/li>\n<li>germes de poireau ou autres<\/li>\n<li>6 toasts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Laver 3 x 1 barquette de dulse et une barquette de laitue de mer \u00e0 l\u2019eau courante.<\/li>\n<li>Egoutter et compresser pour faire sortir l\u2019eau r\u00e9siduelle et hacher finement. R\u00e9hydrater 4 minutes une poign\u00e9e d\u2019algues Arame s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, \u00e9goutter, compresser et hacher finement.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer avec 1 verre d\u2019oignons de printemps, 1 \u00e9chalote moyenne, 1 verre de persil plat, le tout tr\u00e8s finement hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 1 pointe de gingembre hach\u00e9, le jus de 2 citrons, 4 cs d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et 2 cs de tamari.<\/li>\n<li>Presser fortement et servir sur des toasts puis d\u00e9corer, au choix, avec des germes, un brin de ciboulette ou quelques petites fleurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Conseil<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette pr\u00e9paration pourra \u00e9galement \u00eatre servie en accompagnement d\u2019un tartare de poisson.
