Ajouter toutes les graines et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles sautent.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la coriandre moulue, les morceaux de tomate et courgette. Remuer et cuire 5 \u00e0 10 minutes selon la grosseur de vos morceaux. Les l\u00e9gumes doivent \u00eatre presque cuits.<\/li>\n<li>Quand les lentilles sont cuites, les ajouter au m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes. Ajouter le sel,remuer et couper le feu. Laisser reposer quelques minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer la coriandre fra\u00eechement cisel\u00e9e et servir accompagn\u00e9 de riz basmati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>A combiner avec les 2 recettes suivantes pour un repas complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, contenant les 6 go\u00fbts.<\/div>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2>Noix grill\u00e9es aux \u00e9pices<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cs de ghee<\/li>\n<li>1 poign\u00e9e de noix de cajou<\/li>\n<li>1 poign\u00e9e de graines de courge<\/li>\n<li>1 poign\u00e9e de pignons<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 cc chat masala (m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices en poudre: cumin, cardamome, cannelle, clous de girofle, coriandre, poivre noir, mangue, grenade, asafoetida. Ce m\u00e9lange peut se conserver jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 mois\u00a0! ).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, griller doucement les noix de cajou dans le ghee en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles commencent \u00e0 dorer (2 minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les graines de courge et quand elles commencent \u00e0 sauter, retirer du feu et ajouter les pignons. Lorsque toutes les graines sont dor\u00e9es, ajouter le chat masala et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser reposer 5 minutes avant de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2>Ra\u00efta nature<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de yaourt nature<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la Tarka<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1cs de ghee<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cc de graines de cumin noir<\/li>\n<li>1 cc de graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e d\u2019asafoetida<\/li>\n<li>1 cc de menthe s\u00e9ch\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9co (optionnel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un bol, combiner le yaourt, le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit caquelon, chauffer le ghee, ajouter les \u00e9pices et cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles sautent.<\/li>\n<li>Verser la tarka dans le bol de yaourt et couvrir.
