On vous met au parfum\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">VS by Stephen Vandeparre<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre derni\u00e8re trouvaille. Et pas la moindre. <strong>VS by Stephen Vandeparre<\/strong> inscrit d\u00e9j\u00e0 ses lettres de noblesse dans l\u2019art de cr\u00e9er une glace d\u00e9licieusement contemporaine<strong> dans la plus pure tradition italienne<\/strong>. Son secret\u00a0? Une bonne base blanche (du lait entier belge avec de la \u00ab\u00a0vraie\u00a0\u00bb cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et du sucre de p\u00e9pin de raisin riche en pectine), \u00e0 laquelle il incorpore des ingr\u00e9dients de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9. Il nous bluffe litt\u00e9ralement avec <strong>des classiques irr\u00e9sistibles (glace \u00e0 la noisette du Pi\u00e9mont, \u00e0 la fleur de lait, au miel et cardamone blanche, \u00e0 la babelutte), des sorbets incomparables avec plus de 50% de fruits (ananas aux 6 \u00e9pices, poire et chocolat, orange aux poivres du Sichuan) et des cr\u00e9ations \u2013 encore plus -innovantes<\/strong> comme le sorbet mojito, kriek ou limoncello et sa glace au foie gras ou truffes\u00a0! Sans compter la combinaison carotte-orange-cumin. Inutile de pr\u00e9ciser que son savoir-faire a conquis les plus grands chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s.
