Ceux-ci sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiquement en fonction des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 notre tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge. Les s\u00e9ances ne durent jamais plus de 45 minutes et ne sont ni stressantes, ni \u00e9puisantes pour correspondre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge des participants, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 leur niveau sportif.
