Id\u00e9alement, l\u2019effort doit \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 pour atteindre un rythme cardiaque de 140 battements par minute. Les sports \u00e0 favoriser sont donc <strong>les sports d&rsquo;endurance tels que la randonn\u00e9e, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/marche-nordique-sport-de-vieux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">marche nordique<\/a>, la natation, le cyclisme,<\/strong>&#8230;\u00a0Qu\u2019on les pratique en groupe ou seul, il faut surtout faire attention \u00e0 notre respiration, et ralentir la cadence si le besoin se fait sentir.
