Notre endurance face \u00e0 l\u2019effort est donc plus grande. Les muscles qui soutiennent la colonne vert\u00e9brale se raffermissent \u00e9galement. Il y a donc des bienfaits cardio-vasculaires, sur les articulations et une am\u00e9lioration de la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019appareil pulmonaire.
