{"id":38214,"date":"2018-12-16T08:11:35","date_gmt":"2018-12-16T07:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/?p=38214"},"modified":"2019-01-07T19:26:22","modified_gmt":"2019-01-07T18:26:22","slug":"3-recettes-pour-un-dessert-sain-pendant-les-fetes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/cuisine\/recettes\/3-recettes-pour-un-dessert-sain-pendant-les-fetes","title":{"rendered":"3 recettes pour un dessert sain pendant les F\u00eates"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading Time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 2<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutes<\/span><\/span><p><strong>Verrines\u00a0 aux graines de chia, compot\u00e9e de carottes &amp; mangue by EXKi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30 minutes \u2013 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p><em>Pour la cr\u00e8me de chia\u00a0\u2013 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la veille\u00a0: <\/em><\/p>\n<p>500 ml de boisson de soja bio* &#8211; 65 gr de graines de chia &#8211; 20 gr de sucre roux<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une casserole, faire \u00ab fondre \u00bb l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le lait et le sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Verser dans un saladier et ajouter les graines de Chia.<\/li>\n<li>Bien m\u00e9langer puis placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant une nuit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Pour la compot\u00e9e carotte \u2013 mangue<\/em><\/p>\n<p>500 gr de mangue &#8211; 2 carottes &#8211; 10 cl de jus d\u2019orange &#8211; 5 cl de jus de citron &#8211; 20 gr de sucre blanc<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Laver et couper les carottes puis les cuire avec un peu d\u2019eau. Mixer et garder au frais.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, faire r\u00e9duire le jus d\u2019orange et le jus de citron avec le sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la mangue d\u00e9coup\u00e9e et laisser mijoter 10 minutes maximum.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer la pur\u00e9e de carottes.
