Cuisez le riz selon les instructions de l\u2019emballage. Ajoutez les haricots pendant les 7 derni\u00e8res minutes. \u00c9gouttez-les.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coupez entre-temps le kaki en morceaux et le poivron en rondelles. R\u00e2pez le zeste d\u2019orange. Pelez l\u2019orange, d\u00e9coupez la chair au-dessus d&rsquo;une assiette creuse (dans laquelle vous pouvez r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus) et d\u00e9posez les morceaux dans le jus. Hachez grossi\u00e8rement l\u2019aneth. Coupez le cabillaud en deux.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chauffez le Becel Light dans une grande po\u00eale et faites cuire les morceaux de cabillaud 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Retirez le poisson de la casserole. Ajoutez le poivron et le kaki au Becel dans la po\u00eale et faites cuire 3 minutes. Remettez le poisson dans la po\u00eale et ajoutez les quartiers d\u2019orange, le jus, l\u2019aneth et le poivre. Chauffez bien et remuez le tout. M\u00e9langez le zeste d\u2019orange et le poivre avec le riz et les haricots.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9posez un peu de riz et de haricots sur deux assiettes.
