Et si nos aliments pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s pour l\u2019occasion \u00e9taient en fait bons pour la sant\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Le Foie gras<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Surprise\u00a0! Souvent assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 des mauvaises graisses, le foie gras en contient en effet des bonnes. Il est compos\u00e9 \u00e0 60% d\u2019acides gras mono-insatur\u00e9s (om\u00e9gas 9), les m\u00eames que dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Il contient en plus de la vitamine B6 et de la vitamine E.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Le Saumon Fum\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Beaucoup pensent que le saumon, une fois fum\u00e9, perd ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. C\u2019est faux\u00a0! Une tranche couvre quasiment nos besoins journaliers en om\u00e9ga-3 et 20% de ceux en vitamine D (un plus pour nos os\u00a0!). Il prot\u00e8ge \u00e9galement notre syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. De plus, il est rassasiant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa haute teneur en prot\u00e9ines. Attention toutefois \u00e0 ne pas trop en manger car il contient 1g de sel par tranche\u00a0: le maximum journalier conseill\u00e9 \u00e9tant de 8g maximum).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Les hu\u00eetres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Classique des repas de F\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, les hu\u00eetres contiennent un tas de bonnes choses\u00a0! En effet, manger six hu\u00eetres couvrent 100% de notre besoin journalier de vitamine D, 50% de celui d\u2019iode et de selenium et 3 fois celui du zinc\u00a0! Elle contient aussi du fer, du potassium, des om\u00e9ga-3 et du magn\u00e9sium.
