Au menu ? Une cuisine saine et naturelle m\u00ealant saveurs locales et exotiques.<\/p>\n<p>Que ce soit pour les assiettes v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes ou carn\u00e9es, TERO met l\u2019accent sur la qualit\u00e9 et privil\u00e9gie les fruits et l\u00e9gumes de producteurs locaux, les graines germ\u00e9es, ainsi que les huiles biologiques. Les poissons, p\u00e9ch\u00e9s dans l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Atlantique et la Mer du Nord, sont issus de la p\u00eache durable tandis que la viande, cuite \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, provient d\u2019\u00e9levages locaux et respectueux de l\u2019environnement et du bien-\u00eatre animal. En entrant dans la Villa Empain, il red\u00e9couvre ce joyau architectural unique construit en 1934, enti\u00e8rement meubl\u00e9 dans le style Art d\u00e9co, d\u00e9cor\u00e9 d&rsquo;une multitude de toiles d\u2019artistes majeurs et d\u2019une s\u00e9lection de plus de 200 meubles d\u2019\u00e9poque, d\u2019objets pr\u00e9cieux, d\u2019archives, de livres et d\u2019affiches rares.<br \/>\nUn sublime hommage aux oeuvres de Marcel Baugniet, Vassily Kandinsky, Ren\u00e9 Magritte, Albert Marquet, Henri Matisse, Francis Picabia, Marthe Donas, L\u00e9on Spilliaert et Kees Van Dongen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><i>Heliopolis<\/i><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\bLa Ville du Soleil<\/em><br \/>\ndu 28 mars au 18 ao\u00fbt<\/p>\n<p>La Fondation Boghossian met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur H\u00e9liopolis, berceau d\u2019une ville nouvelle cr\u00e9\u00e9e de toutes pi\u00e8ces par l\u2019industriel belge Edouard Empain \u00e0 l\u2019aube du XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. D\u00e9sormais englob\u00e9e dans la vaste capitale \u00e9gyptienne, H\u00e9liopolis est n\u00e9e d\u2019un r\u00eave, celui qu\u2019inspire depuis la nuit des temps la ville homonyme de l\u2019Egypte ancienne. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019une centaine d\u2019antiquit\u00e9s \u00e9gyptiennes, ouvrages anciens et objets du XXe si\u00e8cle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par les curatrices Marie-C\u00e9cile Bruwier et Florence Doyen.
