Lavez les m\u00fbres et \u00e9gouttez-les. R\u00e9partissez les m\u00fbres dans les deux ramequins et saupoudrez de cannelle. Ajoutez un peu de miel par-dessus.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9miettez le pain de seigle et m\u00e9langez-le aux flocons d\u2019avoine, \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 des amandes, au reste du miel et au Becel Cuisine liquide. R\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange dans les ramequins et saupoudrez du reste des amandes effil\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfournez le crumble pendant 20 minutes environ, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit croustillant.
