On en vient \u00e0 ressentir moins la chaleur et la soif. Combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une moins bonne transpiration, on devient ainsi beaucoup plus vuln\u00e9rable. Comment r\u00e9agir\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Diversifier ses apports en eau <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Par des temp\u00e9ratures aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9es, il est conseill\u00e9 de boire entre 2 et 2,5L d\u2019eau par jour. Pour rester bien hydrat\u00e9, privil\u00e9giez les aliments riches en eau comme\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les l\u00e9gumes (concombres, courgettes, tomates, radis,\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Les fruits (melon, kiwi, p\u00eache, past\u00e8que,\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Gaspachos ou soupes froides<\/li>\n<li>Les sorbets (peu caloriques, contrairement aux glaces)<\/li>\n<li>Les compotes<\/li>\n<li>Les salades froides (p\u00e2tes, riz,..)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les l\u00e9gumes se consomment crus mais \u00e9galement cuits. Pourquoi\u00a0? Consommer trop de l\u00e9gumes crus peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes de transit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conserver le sel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Consomm\u00e9 en quantit\u00e9 raisonnable, le sel est indispensable au bon fonctionnement de l\u2019organisme. Hors en cas de chaleur, on transpire plus et on l\u2019\u00e9limine donc plus vite. On peut donc exceptionnellement rajouter du sel un peu partout\u00a0! (tout en d\u00e9licatesse bien s\u00fbr)<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Eviter le gras et le sucr\u00e9<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ces aliments mettent plus de temps \u00e0 \u00eatre dig\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019organisme et demandent ainsi plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Mieux vaut manger l\u00e9ger, lentement, et pourquoi pas m\u00eame en plusieurs fois.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mais encore\u00a0? <\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Evitez les sodas, riches en sucre, ainsi que les jus de fruits. Un jus de fruit frais le matin suffit \u00e0 apporter la dose de vitamine C pour la journ\u00e9e.
