Lorsqu&rsquo;on \u00e9clate de rire, pas moins d&rsquo;une douzaine de muscles faciaux travaillent sans effort (dont les l\u00e8vres, les paupi\u00e8res, les pommettes, le cou, etc.). Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout !\u00a0 Les muscles abdominaux et sphinct\u00e9riens sont \u00e9galement sollicit\u00e9s en se contractant \u00e0 chaque spasme d\u2019hilarit\u00e9. En\u00a0 prime, ces contractions musculaires permettent de lutter contre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/transit-trop-lent-ou-trop-rapide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">constipation<\/a> en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant la production de sucs gastriques et d\u2019enzymes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la digestion. Enfin, last but not least, rire acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le rythme cardiaque et donc stimule le syst\u00e8me cardio-vasculaire !<\/p>\n<h2>&#8230; mais aussi un exercice respiratoire !<\/h2>\n<p>Se payer une bonne tranche de rire aide aussi \u00e0 mieux respirer. Comment ? Tout simplement parce que le rire fait travailler le diaphragme. En se contractant au rythme des \u00e9clats de rire, les poumons re\u00e7oivent une plus grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;air.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rire est un anti-stress naturel\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le rire permet aussi d&rsquo;\u00e9<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/psycho\/5-postures-simples-mais-efficaces\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vacuer stress<\/a> et tensions ! Lorsque nous rions, le cerveau lib\u00e8re des endorphines (les hormones du plaisir). Rire permettrait \u00e9galement d\u2019augmenter le taux de s\u00e9rotonine et de dopamine, ce qui aurait litt\u00e9ralement un effet antid\u00e9presseur. Rire est donc bon pour le moral !<\/p>\n<h2>Si on utilisait le rire et ses bienfaits en tant qu\u2019instrument th\u00e9rapeutique ?<\/h2>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes s\u00e9rieuses sur le rire d\u00e9montrent d&rsquo;ailleurs que les personnes qui vivent le plus longtemps ne s\u2019emp\u00eachent jamais de rire de bon c\u0153ur. Alors qu&rsquo;attendons-nous pour profiter des bienfaits du rire au quotidien ?
