Connu pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment sous le nom de l\u2019Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re, l\u2019h\u00f4tel a fusionn\u00e9 (en mars 2015) avec Le Cabro d\u2019Or, sis \u00e0 900m,\u00a0 <\/span>pour donner naissance \u00e0 un lieu encore plus unique. Et encore plus grandiose. Lov\u00e9 dans l\u2019exceptionnelle nature min\u00e9rale des Baux-de-Provence, ce magnifique havre de paix<\/b> accueille de nouveaux espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente, un lounge bar et une salle de r\u00e9ception. Les chambres et suites, d\u00e9cor\u00e9es par Genevi\u00e8ve Charial, m\u00ealent l’authenticit\u00e9 au contemporain, et ne ressemblent \u00e0 aucune autre. Par petits groupes de 12 personnes maximum, le chef partage son exp\u00e9rience et ses recettes sal\u00e9es et sucr\u00e9es.<\/b> Le cours est suivi d\u2019un d\u00e9jeuner o\u00f9 les plats r\u00e9alis\u00e9s le matin sont d\u00e9gust\u00e9s autour d\u2019une table conviviale.
