Remplacez le citron jaune par du citron vert. Ce plat est \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieux avec une garniture \u00e0 la cannelle et aux myrtilles. Remplacez les baies de sureau par 2 c. \u00e0 s. de myrtilles (congel\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ETAPES DE PR\u00c9PARATION (pour 2 personnes)<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lavez les baies de sureau et \u00e9crasez-les avec le Becel Gold, de la cannelle et du poivre. Placez la garniture \u00e0 la cannelle et aux baies de sureau au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelez les carottes avec un \u00e9conome et coupez-les en tranches obliques. Nettoyez le citron \u00e0 l\u2019eau claire et r\u00e2pez le zeste. Pressez 1 \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus. D\u00e9tachez les feuilles de thym des branches. Portez les tranches de carottes, le jus de citron, le thym et 75 ml d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Cuisez les tranches de carottes pendant environ 7 minutes. \u00c9gouttez-les \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un tamis.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Badigeonnez entre-temps le filet de poulet de Becel Original et poivrez. Chauffez une po\u00eale \u00e0 griller et grillez le filet de poulet pendant 10 minutes environ jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit dor\u00e9 et cuit \u00e0 point.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuisez les p\u00e2tes selon les instructions de l\u2019emballage. M\u00e9langez les tranches de carottes, les feuilles de thym et le zeste de citron avec les p\u00e2tes \u00e9goutt\u00e9es. D\u00e9coupez le poulet en tranches.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disposez les p\u00e2tes sur les assiettes et posez le poulet.
