Et qui risque de vous laisser avec votre bien sur les bras durant de longs mois (ou pire).<br \/>\nIl existe pourtant une aide efficace pour s\u00e9duire un acheteur, de plus en plus propos\u00e9e par les agences ou les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes sur le Net\u00a0: le home staging. Pour r\u00e9sumer, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une technique marketing pour accrocher l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de votre acheteur. Un sp\u00e9cialiste se charge de venir chez vous pour rendre le bien le plus attractif possible pour le plus grand nombre. Le home staging est un concept cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1972 par l\u2019Am\u00e9ricaine Barb Schwartz et qui s\u2019est r\u00e9pandu partout avec le m\u00eame succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les astuces d\u2019un bon home staging<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Retirez tous les objets trop personnels. Il faut d\u00e9sencombrer au maximum. Quelques belles pi\u00e8ces, design ou de qualit\u00e9, peuvent \u00eatre laiss\u00e9es pour mettre en valeur un espace ou un mur.<\/li>\n<li>Les murs sales ou peints avec des couleurs un peu trop typ\u00e9es seront recouverts d\u2019une couleur neutre. Ouvrez les tentures et les stores pour les photos.<\/li>\n<li>Multipliez les angles pour les prises de vues. S\u00e9lectionnez les plus belles photos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avant de publier l\u2019annonce, demandez l\u2019avis de proches, d\u2019amis. Pour tester l\u2019effet de votre home staging. Si les r\u00e9actions sont mitig\u00e9es, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas, suivez leurs conseils et corrigez. Vous verrez que le bien se vendra bien plus vite. Du moins si le prix de vente (ou de location) est convenable.
