Pelez la banane et coupez-la en rondelles. M\u00e9langez la banane avec la moiti\u00e9 des framboises (d\u00e9congel\u00e9es), le cacao et la gousse de vanille gratt\u00e9e dans un bol profond et r\u00e9duisez le tout en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mixeur plongeant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chauffez le lait dans une petite casserole \u00e0 feu doux et d\u00e9posez-y la g\u00e9latine bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9e. Laissez ti\u00e9dir et versez le lait sur le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base de bananes. R\u00e9duisez une nouvelle fois en pur\u00e9e et servez-vous quelques fois du mixeur plongeant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux. Versez la mousse dans les petits ramequins ou verres et placez-la 2 heures environ au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coupez entre-temps les cro\u00fbtes du pain d\u2019\u00e9pices et coupez la tranche dans la longueur pour obtenir 4 longues bandes. Chauffez le Becel dans une petite po\u00eale et d\u00e9posez-y les bandes de pain d\u2019\u00e9pices. Retournez-les directement et dorez ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant 1 minute environ. Retournez-les et dorez aussi l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. Retirez-les de la po\u00eale et laissez-les \u00e9goutter sur du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Placez les ramequins ou les verres dans l\u2019eau chaude pendant quelques secondes et d\u00e9posez la mousse au chocolat glac\u00e9e sur 2 assiettes. Parsemez-les de framboises et de graines de grenade et disposez le pain d\u2019\u00e9pices par-dessus. Garnissez avec la menthe.
