Lavez et couper une vingtaine de <strong>tomates cerise<\/strong> en 2). Dans un moule \u00e0 tarte, disposez joliment vos tomates cerises en rond (face arrondie c\u00f4t\u00e9 plat). Faites chauffer \u00e0 vif <strong>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique<\/strong> avec <strong>4 cuill\u00e8res de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/cuisine\/sucre-alimentation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sucre<\/a> non-raffin\u00e9<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que cela forme un sirop. Nappez les tomates du caramel balsamique obtenu. (Si le caramel se fige ou que vous avez l\u2019impression de ne pas en avoir mis partout, pas de panique ! A la cuisson, il se r\u00e9partira bien partout.) D\u00e9roulez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e par-dessus, et rentrez bien les bords \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du moule. Mettez au four et faire cuire +- 25min (il faut que la p\u00e2te soit bien dor\u00e9e). Une fois cuite, laissez refroidir et renversez la tarte d\u00e9licatement sur une assiette. Effritez un peu de <strong>feta<\/strong>. Disposez ci et l\u00e0 <strong>quelques feuilles de basilic frais.\u00a0<\/strong>Salez et poivr\u00e9 selon votre go\u00fbt.
