Seuls les aliments non transform\u00e9s y trouvent leur place. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire des noix, des fruits, de la viande, du poisson des l\u00e9gumes. Soit le fruit de la chasse et des r\u00e9coltes&#8230;\u00a0 qui ne connaissent pas l&rsquo;industrie agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n<h2>Moins de sucre<\/h2>\n<p>Etant donn\u00e9 que tous les produits raffin\u00e9s et transform\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre bannis de votre cuisine,\u00a0 vous mangerez de toute \u00e9vidence moins de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/cuisine\/sucre-alimentation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sucres.<\/a> Attention toutefois \u00e0 ne pas manger trop de fruits qui contiennent du fructose.<\/p>\n<h2>Plus de viande<\/h2>\n<p>Le r\u00e9gime Pal\u00e9o ne limite pas la quantit\u00e9 de viande que vous consommez : la viande, les oeufs, les poissons et fruits de mer constituent la base du r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o. Evitez tout de m\u00eame de manger de la viande rouge \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 toutes les sauces\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui risquerait, selon certaines \u00e9tudes, de provoquer le cancer colorectal.<\/p>\n<h2>Un r\u00e9gime nuanc\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 toutes les informations \u00e0 notre disposition, nous ne jamais savoir exactement comment nos anc\u00eatres pr\u00e9historiques mangeaient et, surtout, comment ils associaient les aliments. Ces donn\u00e9es historiques et biologiques sont toujours au stade de supposition. Alors, faites preuve de bon sens.<\/p>\n<h2>Ces c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s qui ne jurent que par le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>La liste des c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s hollywoodiennes qui se sont converties au r\u00e9gime Pal\u00e9o est longue : Kobe Bryant, Megan Fox, Jessica Biel, Uma Thurman, Grant Hill, &#8230;. Cela ne veut pas dire que c\u2019est un bon r\u00e9gime. Vous voulez l&rsquo;essayer ? D&rsquo;accord, mais gardez un \u0153il sur votre corps. Si vous remarquez des changements sur le plan physique ou une diminution de votre niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, revoyez votre menu !<\/p>\n<h2>Le Pal\u00e9o reste un r\u00e9gime<\/h2>\n<p>Quand vous faites du Pal\u00e9o, vous faites un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/beaute\/minceur\/tout-savoir-sur-le-regime-cetogene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00e9gime.<\/a> Cela signifie que vous allez retirer certains nutriments de votre alimentation. Il est donc tr\u00e8s important que vous regardiez ce qui est bon pour vous. Ce n&rsquo;est pas parce que les autres semblent se sentir bien avec le r\u00e9gime Pal\u00e9olithique, que ce sera le cas pour vous aussi.
