Dans les ann\u00e9es 1920, ils \u00e9taient si nombreux que plus de 40% de la population \u00e0 Hawaii \u00e9tait d&rsquo;origine japonaise. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi la cuisine japonaise a fortement influenc\u00e9 la cuisine hawa\u00efenne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;origine, on le faisait avec du thon (ahi, une esp\u00e8ce locale de thon), des algues hach\u00e9es et du kukui (noix de kemiri) r\u00f4ti, finement moulu. Le poke bowl de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque n&rsquo;a plus rien \u00e0 voir avec le poke bowl actuel. Il connait d\u00e9sormais un succ\u00e8s mondial (notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Instagram) de sorte que chaque bol est fourni avec des ingr\u00e9dients diff\u00e9rents et exotiques. La base est toujours du poisson cru (marin\u00e9 ou non), des l\u00e9gumes et du riz. \u00c0 Hawaii, c&rsquo;est de la street food, partout ailleurs il se d\u00e9guste sur les grandes tables.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment faire un poke bowl ?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coupez des l\u00e9gumes comme l&rsquo;avocat, le radis, le fenouil,&#8230; en tranches tr\u00e8s fines et ajoutez des \u00e9pinards crus et\/ou de la laitue iceberg, des edamame, etc. Faites-le selon vos go\u00fbts et votre inspiration.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient principal du poke bowl est le poisson cru. Assurez-vous d&rsquo;utiliser des esp\u00e8ces qui sont utilis\u00e9es dans les sushis : saumon frais, thon, fl\u00e9tan ou espadon par exemple. Pour aller plus loin, vous pouvez faire mariner le poisson dans du soja, du citron, ou toute autre marinade de votre choix. Vous n&rsquo;aimez pas le poisson cru ? Essayez avec un peu de chair de crabe ou des gambas.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, ajoutez une poign\u00e9e de riz ti\u00e8de, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/cuisine\/recettes\/life-2016-quinoa-aux-legumes-de-printemps-grilles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quinoa<\/a> ou de nouilles soba (p\u00e2tes au sarrasin).<\/li>\n<li>Pour un beau r\u00e9sultat, il est important de s\u00e9parer les diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients, en groupe, dans le bol.<\/li>\n<li>Terminez avec des graines de s\u00e9same r\u00f4ties, une pinc\u00e9e de jeunes choux de Bruxelles ou quelques graines germ\u00e9es et ajoutez un peu de sauce soja ou, pourquoi pas, une vinaigrette citronn\u00e9e. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement acheter de la vinaigrette \u00e0 la citronnelle pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi. Frais et d\u00e9licieux.
