La communication est d\u00e8s lors un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s important car en exprimant vos sentiments et vos d\u00e9sirs, vous pourrez entamer une discussion qui am\u00e8nera votre famille \u00e0 comprendre votre charge mentale. Et peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 vous d\u00e9charger ?<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2>Ne culpabilisez pas<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Oui, vous \u00eates \u00e9puis\u00e9e, mais il n\u2019y a rien de plus normal. Ce n\u2019est pas un \u00e9chec personnel. Vous n\u2019\u00eates pas la seule, de nombreuses femmes ressentent la m\u00eame chose que vous. De plus, de fausses repr\u00e9sentations sont v\u00e9hicul\u00e9es sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/un-nouveau-facteur-de-stress-pour-les-55-ans-et-plus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u00a0<\/a>: la m\u00e8re parfaite qui jongle sans probl\u00e8mes avec son boulot, les enfants, la vie de famille. Les choses seront peut-\u00eatre faites diff\u00e9remment de ce que vous avez l\u2019habitude mais vous serez all\u00e9g\u00e9e d\u2019un fardeau.
