Parmi les probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s par nos a\u00een\u00e9s figure notamment celui de la d\u00e9nutrition. Que l\u2019on peut d\u00e9finir comme un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre existant entre les apports nutritionnels et les besoins de l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 qui peut faire suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9pression, \u00eatre la cons\u00e9quence de maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives, d\u2019une prise de m\u00e9dicaments ou d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/psycho\/le-solitude-estivale-quand-les-vacances-dete-vous-font-mal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">solitude<\/a> mal v\u00e9cue\u2026 Et que vous devez prendre en compte.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la campagne europ\u00e9enne Optimal Nutritional Care for All, \u00e0 laquelle la Belgique participe depuis 2015, quelque 10% des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 domicile risquent une d\u00e9nutrition. Le pourcentage moyen atteint m\u00eame les 35% en institution.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quels sont les risques\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour un parent \u00e2g\u00e9, la d\u00e9nutrition peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences non n\u00e9gligeables. Une carence en prot\u00e9ines et en vitamines peut amener la personne \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 un risque aggrav\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/bien-vieillir\/comment-eviter-les-chutes-apres-50-ans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chutes<\/a>, et donc de fractures. Pour redonner le plaisir de bien manger \u00e0 votre parent. Il est conseill\u00e9 de suivre les trois repas habituels quotidiens, augment\u00e9s de diverses collations. Privil\u00e9giez les aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines, comme de la viande ou des \u0153ufs. Donnez des laitages pour lutter contre les risques d\u2019ost\u00e9oporose. Une alimentation qui doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e par une bonne hydratation. Soit quelque 10 \u00e0 15 verres d\u2019eau par jour.<\/p>\n<p>Pour redonner de l\u2019app\u00e9tit \u00e0 une personne plus \u00e2g\u00e9e, il existe quelques petits trucs. Comme de l\u2019exercice, des promenades quotidiennes. Par la pr\u00e9sentation de plats au contenu vari\u00e9. Pour briser la monotonie.<\/p>\n<p>Petite astuce, cuisinez un peu plus et portez l\u2019exc\u00e9dent \u00e0 votre proche. Si cela rel\u00e8ve du possible, partagez un repas avec lui. Alternez vos visites avec celles des petits-enfants.
